One such additional crime is Sajid Hussain and company, with endorsement from Birmingham City Council's inspectors and Concept Housing Association, effectively seizing control of Class C drugs without a license by making homeless an individual, without proper process nor cause to do so, infringing human rights and causing severe and intolerable stress by removing him from his prescribed medication.
