Something I randomly wrote yesterday. A Winter returns to flesh so tired Now hopes seem dashed and broken Even a promise of more snow, once nestling hope, seems now threat of more pain But onward we climb, over every hurdle, walking through every gate To the new walk where good company sings Where warm food is served alongside warmer smiles And truth breathes once more As the humble nose of the rabbit Long tables of kingly touch, replete with magical food adorning every inch  Princesses like Avril and Megan, masters of song, calming every anger and worry  For a night Or for a complete tale The sun is loud but silent; a wallpaper felt but forgotten Magpies dance among geese and geese chase silly dreams Megan=Megan Ruby Walsh Avril=Avril Ramona Lavigne
Here is some calming music for this lonely, deeply cold and forsaking night. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nbcFgh-A1xk
The future ahead Today I finished registering for this year's Great Birmingham 10K run which will take place in October. It was really important to me to be able to run in memory of Alice in 2018 and raise money for Mind and now I am able to do so again. Alice was born in October so that makes the month very fitting indeed. I am also furthering carefully and gently plans to move out of Bottetourt road in preparation to buy a house, visit family once the covid threat has subsided enough and potentially take on one or two side jobs to help me save for a house.
