I have been reminded yet again of the story of King Solomon, a story which reflects well my conviction toward what I term "cause versus expression."

Out of the blue, last week, I received what can only be described as revolting, senseless and heartless messages from a woman whom once claimed to be willing to help me expose the supported housing scandal. Previous to this torrent of abuse the last contact we had had was through Whatsapp, where I tried to request an update regarding her plans, that she had expressed interest in joining up with my own but alas I received no reply to any requests. Wanting not to risk her feeling harassed I had to resume the battle alone.

Last week she returned, apparently having arrived in Birmingham and blamed me for the Birmingham supported housing scandal. I blame myself already and beat myself up for my terrible failure to hold Birmingham City Council and its allies to account so it was a case of kicking someone already down. Sure. That was not the cruelest blow, no. The cruelest blows, plural, were:

1. Mocking essentially my and my loved one's family's grief

2. Turning herself into an abuser and thus intentionally derailing efforts to expose the scandal, the cause she claimed to believe in.

When asked to consider the motherhood of a baby, King Solomon, offering an extreme solution, suggested that the baby be killed so that each claimant may receive half. Although I understand that King Solomon was to know the reaction of the mother ahead of time and had no intention of harming the baby in any way. Nevertheless, upon hearing the verdict one woman removed her claim, in order to put her baby first. King Solomon correctly identified her as the true mother for she put cause before expression. She placed true conviction before show and superficiality. She chose love and not hate.

Anne, you have revealed yourself to be an abuser and a fraud. Rather than ally with sufferers and victims you have instead lashed out, at least twice now, at those very people. I shall not fight you though. That would mean redirecting even more resources away from the battle and toward you, jeopardising further the cause.

Please. Step down, admit your wrongdoing and help us bring abusers to justice. My God, is there not enough suffering without you adding to it? Are we not suffering enough? Are there not enough abusers on the battlefield?
